Q1.When can I get the price?
A:Dear customer,we usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry.
Q2.Are your samples free or need cost?
A:Actually it depends on the products. For low value products, we will provide free sample, freight collect. But for some high value spls, it need sample cost and freight collect. Pls informed that all spls cost and freight cost can be returned back to
you after order placed. You're welcomed to email us for checking.
Q3.What is your payment term ?
A:Dear customer, we can accept T/T 30% deposit,70% balance before shipping
Q4.Can you do the designs for us?
A:Yes, of course. If you need to design packaging and carton box yourself, please inform us, we will quote according to your requirement. If you don't have any requirements, we'll quote you according to our regular packing
Q5.What about the lead time for mass production?
A:generally. In off-peak season, Within 25-30days after received the customer deposit. In busy season, Within 40-45days after received the customer deposit. We will delivery goods asap.
Q6. Do you have any MOQ limit?
A:Only 100pcs.
